BXM51系列防爆照明配电箱（以下简称防爆配电箱）是按GB3836.1～2设计和制造，配电箱主要用于1区或2区中含有爆炸性混合物为Ⅱ类B级T4组及以下爆炸危险场所，作为交流50Hz，额定电压至380V，分支回路额定电压220V或380V，分支回路额定电流至60A的电路中，作不频繁接通与分断之用，且具有过载和短路保护。

3 配电箱在下列情况下能够可靠工作

BXM51防爆照明配电箱主要结构
The 4 main structure
配电箱外壳采用ZL102铸铝合金制成隔爆型主腔及接线腔，主腔内装有C45N系列断路器，通过操作机构及外壳手柄进行操作，每回路有“分”、“合”指示，且有指示灯显示，接线腔内有与主腔相贯通的接线端子，并有电缆引入装置，设有内外接地螺钉。

5 use and repair
5．1 将配电箱安装固定好，将进出线腔盖打开，把电缆通过引入装置接至接线端子上，接好内外接地线，检查无误后合上盖，用紧固件紧固，并把压紧螺母旋紧使电缆密封，完毕后即可使用。

5．2 配电箱不得随意拆卸，维修进先断开电源后，才能开盖维修，维修时不得损坏隔爆面，维修后隔爆接合面涂204-1防锈油，并将盖合好，用螺栓紧固后才能使用。
