1 Purpose and scope
BXL-100防爆吸顶灯适用于爆炸性气体混合物场所（1区）或2区,温度组别为T3和粉尘爆炸危险场所11区,温度组别为T13。爆炸性气体混合物为Ⅱ类，在交流50Hz、额定电压220V的线路中作照明之用。
BXL-100 explosion-proof ceiling is applicable to explosive gas mixture places （zone 1） or 2 zones, T3 temperature group and dust explosion hazardous area zone 11, T13 temperature group. Explosive gas mixture for class II, as the lighting used in AC 50Hz, rated voltage 220V circuit.

3 Structure Overview
吸顶灯由ZL102铸铝合金外壳、玻璃罩、保护网等部分组成。外壳及保护网表面喷塑，内装E27增安型灯座。本产品结构紧凑。可钢管布线或电缆布线。

6 installation, use and repair
6．1 安装前应检查产品铭牌上所列参数是否与实际使用条件相符。
6.1 before installation should check the product nameplate on the parameters listed with the actual conditions of use.
6．2 安装时应将电缆通过密封圈接至接线腔内接线柱上，接好内外接地螺钉，并压紧密封圈，以确保其密封性能。
6.2 should be installed by a cable sealing ring is connected to the wiring cavity terminal, then good internal and external grounding screw, and compress the sealing ring, to ensure the sealing performance.
6．3 所有橡胶密封垫必须压紧，维修时若发现其老化，应及时更换。

6．4 维修及更换灯泡时，应先断开电源，待灯泡冷却后才能开盖进行。
