适用范围

c\空气相对湿度不大于90%（+20℃时）；

e\无明显摇动和强烈冲击振动的地方；
E\ had no obvious shaking and strong shock and vibration;

BJX51不锈钢防爆接线箱结构与特点
Structure and features
a．接线箱按照GB3836.1~3-2000标准要求设计制造，并经检验机关检验合格，颁发合格证；
A. junction box in accordance with the GB3836.1~3-2000 standard design and manufacture, and by the national designated inspection agencies inspection, awarded certificate;
b．接线箱可采用高强腐不锈钢板焊接而成，或经济型的钢板焊接而成，进出线口方向、数量、端子数及公称直径可根据用户要求任意变化，钢管布线和电缆布线均可，电缆布线须配备电缆夹紧密封接头。

3、安装与维修
3, installation and repair
3．1安装前应检查铭牌上的技术数据是否与实际使用情况相符；
3.1 before installation should check the nameplate on the technical data is consistent with the actual;
3．2检查所有紧固件是否有松动现象，如有松动应加以紧固；
3.2 check all fasteners are loose, if loose should be tightened;
3．3接线箱的内外接地必须良好可靠；
3.3 junction box and grounding must be good and reliable;
3．4安装时需将电缆穿过密封圈、金属垫圈、用压紧螺母压紧，保证密封及电缆不得松动，不使用的接线口应用密封圈和金属垫片加以封堵；
3.4 installation requires a sealing ring, metal gasket, with a compression nut pressing cable passes through, to ensure the sealing and cable shall not be loose, the connection is not used by application of the sealing ring and the metal gasket to seal;
3．5维修检查时必须先断开电源后方可开盖；
