        随着我国社会经济的发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，广大人民群众对安全的需求日益增长，对保安服务提出了更高、更新的要求。
        目前，国内外保安市场需求旺盛，保安服务业的规模迅速发展壮大。据不完全统计，2010年，我国保安服务企业有3000多家，专业保安从业人员约400万人；生产保安产品的企业达到2.5万家，从业人员超过120万人，行业总产值达到2300多亿元。“十一五”期间，保安行业年产值增长速度超过全国GDP增速的1倍以上。特别是2010年开始实施《保安服务管理条例》以来，保安业正进入一个更加规范、快速的发展新时期。预计未来五年，该产业每年将保持近20%的发展速度，到2015年行业产值规模将在目前基础上翻一番。

Along with the rapid economic development of China and the improvement of livelihood of Chinese people, the demand for security has increased .High quality of security service has become the significant factor for social harmony and stability.

The Chinese security service industry is expected to keep fast growth in a long time. By 2010, the number of security employees in China has reached eight millions. The number of enterprises producing security products is about 25 thousands and the relevant employees are more than 1.2 millions. During the past 5 years, the growth rate of Chinese security industry is almost twice of the national GDP growth rate. Especially since the “Regulations on the Administration of the Security Service” launched on January 1, 2010, the Chinese security industry has entered a new fast development period. The industry is expected to keep nearly 20% annual growth rate in the next five years.

        经公安部和科技部批准，中国保安协会将于2011年10月在北京全国农业展览馆举办中国国际保安装备技术产品博览会。本次博览会具有以下特点：
        一、产品与用户的结合。绝大部分安防、技防产品的终选择、使用离不开遍布城乡的保安企业、保安从业人员。中国保安协会是全国保安服务业一家行业协会，作为博览会的主办方，协会届时将邀请全国保安从业单位的负责人和行业主管部门的领导参观此次博览会，为供、需双方见面搭建便捷的交流平台。
        二、技防与人防的结合。在此次博览会中，从事技防产品、安防产品生产的企业，与从事人防的保安企业可以面对面接触，互通有无，共话发展。
        三、技术与服务的结合。保安行业是一个服务性行业，要做好服务需要一定的技术作为手段。在科技飞速发展的今天，谁拥有先进的技术，谁就拥有未来。此次博览会为安全技术应用产品提供一个展示自己的舞台。
        四、国内与国际的结合。把国外的先进产品和技术以及服务理念引进来，是本次博览会的亮点之一。中国保安协会充分发挥自己的优势，广泛联系其他国家保安、警备协会，邀请他们参展参观，充分体现本次博览会的国际性。

         我们相信，本届博览会将为国内外新保安装备、技术和产品搭建一个交流、合作和贸易的平台，进一步促进我国保安行业的规范、升级和健康发展！

Approved by the Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Science and Technology, organized by China Security Association, the China International Security Equipment and Technology Expo （hereinafter referred to as “CISEPO”）, will be held during Oct.19 to 21, 2011 in Being.

1, Products and Users Get Together
The main users of security defense and technical protection products are the security related companies and security staffs. As the only official association supported by the Chinese government, China Security Association also serves as the organizer of the expo. The main security companies in China will be invited to the event.

2, Producers and Buyers Get Together
The event provides a platform for the manufacturers of security technology & product and buyers of security companies’ decision-makers to communicate face to face .

3. Technology and Service Get Together
New technology is so important and paid high attention by the world-wide security protection industry, and the fast growing Chinese security industry demand it urgently. CISEPO acts as an excellent platform to display the latest security technology and product.

4. International and Domestic Professionals Get Together
CISEPO will be the platform not only between the overseas and the Chinese techninans, reserchers, enterprises,traders and users in the industry to exchange technology, discuss cooperation, also for the overseas and Chinese security enterprises and traders to promote their latest product and technology .
