Three, the main technical performance

四、工作原理

ZKZ-3/T型转速监控装置由齿盘、传感器及监测装置本体三部分构成。监测装置采用了MCS-51系列单片机系统。系统内部分频后产生测量定时脉冲，周期为2us,其测量精度可达0.01HZ,稳定性高，*不变。显示电路采用高亮度动态显示方案，亮度高。

信号测量电路有隔离、放大、整形功能，两路信号*独立，当齿盘信号断线时，自动切入PT信号，0.3V~250V范围内的信号电压能*可靠工作，300V以内也能断短期可靠工作。测速齿盘将其方波信号取入计算机内，再换算对应的频率、转速、转速百分比等内容提供显示、记忆。ZKZ-3/T测速装置具有机组蠕动报警功能，当机组停机发生蠕动时，便发出蠕动报警信号。
