Hydrogen generator is composed of electrolytic cell, pure water tank, hydrogen/water separator, collector, dryer, sensor, pressure regulating valve, switching power supply and other components. only electrolyzed pure water can produce hydrogen. After being energized, the cathode of the electrolytic cell produces hydrogen and the anode produces oxygen, and the hydrogen enters the hydrogen/water separator. Oxygen is discharged into the atmosphere. The hydrogen/water separator separates the hydrogen and water. After the hydrogen enters the desiccator to dehumidify, it is adjusted to the rated pressure (adjustable from 0.02 to 0.4Mpa) by the outlet through the pressure stabilizing valve and the regulating valve. The hydrogen production pressure of the electrolytic cell is controlled by the sensor to about 0.4Mpa. When the pressure reaches the set value, the power supply of the electrolytic cell is cut off; when the pressure drops, the power supply is restored when it is lower than the set value.

氢气发生器是由电解池、纯水箱、氢/水分离器、收集器、干燥器、传感器、压力调节阀、开关电源等部件组成。只电解纯水即可产氢。通电后，电解池阴产氢气，阳产氧气，氢气进入氢/水分离器。氧气排入大气。氢/水分离器将氢气和水分离，氢气进入干燥器除湿后，经稳压阀、调节阀调整到额定压力（0.02～0.4Mpa可调）由出口输出。电解池的产氢压力由传感器控制在0.4Mpa左右，当压力达到设定值时，电解池电源供应切断；压力下降，低于设定值时电源恢复供电。
