二、灰尘对光伏发电的影响

大家都知道灰尘覆盖在组件上,形成遮挡现象,直接导致组件功率输出下降,而且灰尘长期粘附对组件具有一定的腐蚀作用。同时,灰尘一直存在会造成组件的热斑,进一步降低组件的输出功率,甚至影响组件的寿命。并且热斑效应对于组件来说是不可逆的,一旦出现没有弥补的手段,只能选择更换组件。否则会影响发电量,还有可能给电站带来安全隐患。

国内外多个调查机构针对灰尘影响光伏系统功率衰减进行研究,得出数据如图1所示。

从上图可以看出我国光伏系统输出功率受灰尘影响平均约20%左右。

灰尘对光伏发电的影响主要归结为以下三个方面:

1、温度影响

目前光伏电站较多使用硅基太阳电池组件,该组件对温度十分敏感,随灰尘在组件表面的积累,增大了光伏组件的传热热阻,成为光伏组件上的隔热层,影响其散热。

研究表明太阳能电池温度上升1℃,输出功率约下降0.5%。且电池组件在长久阳光照射下,被遮盖的部分升温速度远大于未被遮盖部分,致使温度过高出现烧坏的暗斑。

正常照度情况下,被遮盖部分电池板会由发电单元变为耗电单元,被遮蔽的光伏电池会变成不发电的负载电阻,消耗相连电池产生的电力,即发热,这就是热斑效应。此过程会加剧电池板老化,减少出力,严重时会引起组件烧毁。

2、遮挡影响

灰尘附着在电池板表面,会对光线产生遮挡,吸收和反射等作用,其中最主要是对光的遮挡作用。灰尘颗粒对光的反射吸收和遮挡作用,影响光伏电池板对光的吸收,从而影响光伏发电效率。

有研究指出灰尘沉积在电池板组件受光面,首先会使电池板表面透光率下降;其次会使部分光线的入射角度发生改变,造成光线在玻璃盖板中不均匀传播。

有研究显示在相同条件下,清洁的电池板组件与积灰组件相比,其输出功率要高出至少5%,且积灰量越高,组件输出性能下降越大。

3、腐蚀影响

光伏面板表面大多为玻璃材质,玻璃的主要成分是二氧化硅和石灰石等,当湿润的酸性或碱性灰尘附在玻璃盖板表面时,玻璃盖板成分物质都能与酸或碱反应。

随着玻璃在酸性或碱性环境里的时间增长,玻璃表面就会慢慢被侵蚀,从而在表面形成坑坑洼洼的现象,导致光线在盖板表面形成漫反射,在玻璃中的传播均匀性受到破坏,光伏组件盖板越粗糙,折射光的能量越小,实际到达光伏电池表面的能量减小,导致光伏电池发电量减小。并且粗糙的、带有粘合性残留物的黏滞表面比更光滑的表面更容易积累灰尘。而且灰尘本身也会吸附灰尘,一旦有了初始灰尘存在,就会导致更多的灰尘累积,加速了光伏电池发电量的衰减。

三、产品特点

1、实时数据监测:可采集、分析污染比、洁净比、灰尘厚度、背板温度四类数据,污染比与洁净比采用双探头

均值数据计算模式,保证数据精准可靠。

2、科技型采集仪:灰尘环境数据采集仪采用新一代32位MCU处理器,板载集成高精度4G、Bluetooth数字芯片,可使采集数据通过有线或者无线方式发送到数据监测平台。

3、创新蓝光技术:采用全新一代蓝光污染物光闭环测量(OMBP)技术,可有效保证高精度灰尘数据探测,并有效防止太阳光照射对光路闭环采集数据的干扰。可以在全天候状态下长期使用,优于《IEC 61724-1标准》中要求的每天11-13点只能三小时有效监测的规定。

4、智慧电站清洁:内置全新一代物联网管控模块,具有四种控制模式:常开常闭、循环控制、时间控制、人工控制。根据设定污染阀值和控制模式,可以联动清洁机器人或物联管控设备自动清洁电池板灰尘,保证光伏电站高效率发电需要。

5、准确度自校准:设备上集成有一键准确度自校准按键,根据不同的应用环境和不同的使用时间,设备的采集准确度会有所下降。通过自校准按键可以自动对蓝光监测电路进行重新校准,保证数据观测精准可靠。

6、绿色电源管理:本数据采集仪可以采用AC220V和DC12V两种供电模式。并在内部集成了新一代绿色电源管理模块实现交流与直流供电智能切换。
