量子点的发射光谱可以通过改变量子点的尺寸大小来控制。通过改变量子点的尺寸和它的化学组成可以使其发射光谱覆盖整个可见光区。以CdTe量子为例,当它的粒径从2.5 nm生长到4.0 nm时,它们的发射波长可以从510 nm红移到660 nm。而硅量子点等其他量子点的发光可以到近红外区。

一种InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点及制备方法

       摘要:公开了一种InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点的制备方法。

       选用以醋酸铟或者三氯化铟作为铟源、以十一烯酸锌、脂肪酸锌或者长链脂肪酸锌作为锌源,真空抽气操作,在一个反应器中制备In3+与Zn2+摩尔比为1∶1~5∶1的In、Zn混合前体溶液,通过向反应液中滴加S前体溶液,反应制得InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点。合成工艺简单,繁琐的抽真空操作,省去了再次添加用于包壳的锌源的步骤,所制的未包壳的InP量子点荧光量子产率为4~7.5%,所制InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点,其荧光发射峰在511-642nm之间可控调节,荧光发射峰半高宽为52~93nm,且荧光稳定性和量子效率相对于包壳前有,荧光量子产率达20~40%。
