水溶性的InP-ZnS核壳荧光量子点
一种InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点及制备方法
摘要:公开了一种InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点的制备方法。
选用以醋酸铟或者三氯化铟作为铟源、以十一烯酸锌、脂肪酸锌或者长链脂肪酸锌作为锌源,真空抽气操作,在一个反应器中制备In3+与Zn2+摩尔比为1∶1~5∶1的In、Zn混合前体溶液,通过向反应液中滴加S前体溶液,反应制得InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点。合成工艺简单,繁琐的抽真空操作,省去了再次添加用于包壳的锌源的步骤,所制的未包壳的InP量子点荧光量子产率为4~7.5%,所制InP/ZnS核壳结构量子点,其荧光发射峰在511-642nm之间可控调节,荧光发射峰半高宽为52~93nm,且荧光稳定性和量子效率相对于包壳前有,荧光量子产率达20~40%。
