工作原理

盘随胶带运行而旋转时,传感器的磁感应信号输入到控制电路中去,经放大、整形后进行计数。其计数值与预置数比较,判断胶带机的带速,即:正常速度、打滑或超速等。同时,执行电路输出相应的开关信号。

在机器人自动化技术中,旋转运动速度测量较多,而且直线运动速度也经常通过旋转速度间接测量。例如:测速发电机可以将旋转速度转变成电信号,就是一种速度传感器。测速机要求输出电压与转速间保持线性关系,并要求输出电压陡度大,时间及温度稳定性好。测速机一般可分为直流式和交流式两种。直流式测速机的励磁方式可分为他励式和永磁式两种,电枢结构有带槽的、空心的、盘式印刷电路等形式,其中带槽式zui为常用。

折叠激光测速

随着现今精密制造业的崛起和节省成本的需求,非接触测速传感器会慢慢取代接触式测速传感器。而现在市场上精度较、zui常用的非接触激光测速传感器就是ZLS-Px像差测速传感器。像差测速传感器有两个端口:一个发射端口,发出LED光源;一个是速拍照端口,实现CCD面积速成像对比,通过在极短时间内的两个时间的图像对比,分辨被测物体移动的距离,结合传感器内部的算法,实时输出被测物体的速度。如图所示,①LED光发射口,②摄像接收口,③、④接线端,⑤固定螺孔 。①LED光发射口对着被测物发射出激光,经反射到②摄像接收口,接收到信号后传给信号处理器,通过算法计算出它的速度。

特征

旋转式速度传感器按安装形式分为接触式和非接触式两类。

折叠接触式

接触式旋转式速度传感器与运动物体直接接触。当运动物体与旋转式速度传感器接触时,摩擦力带动传感器的滚轮转动。装在滚轮上的转动脉冲传感器,发送出一连串的脉冲。每个脉冲代表着一定的距离值,从而就能测出线速度。

接触式旋转速度传感器结构简单,使用方便。但是接触滚轮的直径是与运动物体始终接触着,滚轮的外周将磨损,从而影响滚轮的周长。而脉冲数对每个传感器又是固定的。影响传感器的测量精度。要提测量精度必须在二次仪表中增加补偿电路。另外接触式难免产生滑差,滑差的存在也将影响测量的正确性。速度传感器

非接触式旋转式速度传感器与运动物体无直接接触,非接触式测量原理很多,以下仅介绍两点,供参考。

[1].光电流速传感器

叶轮的叶片边缘贴有反射膜,流体流动时带动叶轮旋转,叶轮每转动一周光纤传输反光一次,产生一个电脉冲信号。可由检测到的脉冲数,计算出流速。

[2].光电风速传感器

风带动风速计旋转,经齿轮传动后带动凸轮成比例旋转。光纤被凸轮轮盘遮断形成一串光脉冲,经光电管转换成定信号,经计算可检测出风速。

非接触式旋转速度传感器寿命长,无需增加补偿电路。但脉冲当量不是距离整数倍,因此速度运算相对比较速度传感器复杂。

旋转式速度传感器的性能可归纳如下:

(1).传感器的输出信号为脉冲信号,其稳定性比较好,不易受外部噪声干扰,对测量电路无特殊要求。

(2).结构比较简单,成本低,性能稳定可靠。功能齐全的微机芯片,使运算变换系数易于获得,故速度传感器应用极为普遍。
