ASTMD149-97：电介质击穿电压及绝缘强度，导电性能试验。（美国材料与试验协会标准）

GB/T3333：电缆纸工频电压击穿试验方法；

1.前端装有空气开关做过流保护；（设定值20A.），
2.试验箱采用具有良好绝缘特性的有机玻璃制成。测试电压头安全放电距离对四周均大于250mm（350mm），试验时箱壁对操作者构成良好防护墙，以确保安全。
3.试验变压器高压侧尾端及仪器外壳均已安全接地。
4.电路上设有过流保护、过压保护，（要求：仪器主机电源和计算机电源必须分相。）
