其他部位包虫病:全身各个部位各脏器均可感染包虫病，以腹腔各感染多见(如:肾、脾等)。少数病人可同时存在2种棘球蝴混合感染。[2] 一、包虫皮内试验 （卡松尼试验）简便而实用，阳性率约95%。试验方法以液抗原0.1-0.2毫升注射前臂皮内，15-20分钟后观察反应。阳性者局部呈红色丘疹，直径可达5厘米左右，并有伪足（即时反应）、2--2.5小时后消退；约12-24小时后继以皮肤红肿及硬结（延迟反应）持续1-3天。如病人血内有足量特异抗体，则抗原在皮内全被中和，不出现延迟反应。肝病及恶性肿瘤病人偶有假阳性反应。人是由于食入含包蚴的生或半生的动物肉类而感染。 包蚴抵抗力强， 能耐低温， 猪肉中的包蚴在-15℃需储存20天才死亡，-12℃可活57天，70℃时很快死亡，在腐肉中能存活2~3个月。

The burden in pork needs to be stored for 20 days at -15°C before it dies, it can live for 57 days at -12°C, and it can quickly die at 70°C. It can survive in carrion for 2~3 months.
