1、登革热快速检测试剂(Dengue Duo Cassette R-DEN03D)
用于定性的快速检测人群血清、血浆或全血中登革病毒的IgM及IgG抗体。可在15分钟内检测结果。

检查 登革热诊断试剂
1.血常规
（1）红细胞计数及血红蛋白测定因细菌溶血毒素和其他毒素对骨髓造血功能的抑制，60%～90%患者的红细胞和血红蛋白有轻度至中度的降低。
（2）白细胞计数呈类白血病反应，白细胞数升高，计数大多在（20～30）×109/L之间，有核左移，并出现中毒颗粒。
2.血清电解质 登革热诊断试剂
可出现低血钙。
3.尿液检查 登革热诊断试剂
（1）尿量、尿比重在液体供给充足时出现少尿或无尿，尿比重衡定等，有助于肾脏功能早期损害的判断。
（2）尿蛋白定性尿蛋白阳性提示肾小球和肾小管存在损害。
4.血液细菌学检查
（1）涂片镜检取病变边缘的分泌物和水疱液，做涂片检查。
（2）细菌培养取分泌物和水疱液分别行需氧菌和厌氧菌培养，未发现梭状芽胞杆菌有助于本病的判断。登革热诊断试剂
5.血清抗体
血中有链球菌诱导产生的抗体（链球菌释放的透明质酸酶和脱氧核糖核酸酶B能诱导产生滴度很高的抗体），有助于诊断。
6.血清胆红素
血胆红素升高提示有红细胞溶血情况。
7.影像学检查
（1）X线摄片皮下组织内有气体。登革热诊断试剂
（2）CT显示组织中的小气泡影。
8.活组织检查 登革热诊断试剂
取筋膜组织进行冷冻切片，对诊断也有帮助。
诊断
Fisher提出六条诊断标准：
1.皮下浅筋膜的广泛性坏死伴广泛潜行的坑道，向周围组织内扩散。
