预防
1.管理好传染源
由于我国已经发现输入性病例，所以登革热病的预防应加强边境检疫，对于来自疫区的人员必须出示有效的预防接种证书，以防止该病传入我国。对来自登革热病流行区的人员开展体温检测、医学巡查、流行病学调查和医学检查，重点关注有发热、黄疸等症状人员。
2.切断传播途径
防蚊、灭蚊是防止本病的重点措施。
3.保护易感人群
17D登革热病减毒活疫苗。一次皮内接种0.5ml，7～9天即可产生有效的免疫力并可持续达10年以上。在进入疫区、已知或预测有登革热病疫情活动的区域，对9个月以上的儿童应常规进行预防接种。但不宜用于4个月以下的婴儿，因接种后发生神经系统的并发症几乎均为小于4个月的婴儿。
