Quantity size : 0.1ml （dilute with pH 7.4 0.01 M PBS or antibody diluent ） Background: The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor （TNF） ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptors TNFRSF13B/TACI, TNFRSF17/BCMA, and TNFRSF13C/BAFFR. This cytokine is expressed in B cell lineage cells, and acts as a potent B cell activator. It has been also shown to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells. [provided by RefSeq].
Specificity : Anti- BAFF/CD257 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody
–specific for BAFF/CD257 of hu ,mo,rat
– use for western blotting,elisa,immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry

Application :

Storage: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
