The main structure
荧光灯由灯具和接线盒两部分组成，灯具两端用铸铝合金压铸外壳，表面喷塑，灯芯部分为一整体，包括支架、灯管、镇流器、启辉器等，更换灯管时先断开电源，然后打开端盖，断开安全电源插头，将灯芯部分整体抽出。把灯管向弹簧侧移动后，可将灯管取下。荧光灯外部装有防尘罩。荧光灯为复合型结构，灯具主腔为隔爆型结构，接线腔为增安型。接线盒为隔爆型，电缆采用直接引入方式，电缆引入装置从内到外依次装有密封圈、垫圈和压紧螺母，适合电缆或钢管布线。接线盒设有内接地螺钉，灯具设有外接地螺钉。

5 use and repair
5.1安装前应检查荧光灯铭牌上所列数据是否与实际使用条件相符；

5.2应检查电缆外径是否适合密封圈尺寸；

5.3安装前，将接线盒盖和灯具引入装置打开，把电缆一端接接线盒内接

线端子上，把电缆另一端穿过管接头及垫圈、密封圈到灯具接线腔内接到接线端子上，将各部分连接好，把连接好的荧光灯固定在使用位置，把电源电缆线依次穿过引入装置的压紧螺母、垫圈和密封圈接至接线盒内接线端子上，接好接地线，紧固压紧螺母使电缆密封，不用的引入装置用堵棒、密封圈及压紧螺母密封好。合上接线盒盖，紧固好螺栓即可使用；

5.4荧光灯不得随意拆卸，维修时先断开前级电源后，才能开盖维修。打开端盖，断开安全电源插头，将灯芯部分整体抽出。注意：只有在拔掉插头后，才能把灯芯部分抽出。把灯管向弹簧侧移动后，可将灯管取下。维修时不得损坏隔爆面，维修后隔爆接合面清理后涂204-1防锈油，将端盖合上，各部分螺栓（钉）紧固后才能使用；

5.5荧光灯应定期检查，发现电缆引入装置的密封圈及密封垫老化变质及其他零件损坏应及时更换；

5.6带应急功能荧光灯接线应使控制器始终处于供电状态，给电池充电，断电时电池组能立即向灯管供电，在出厂后，若没有使用应每隔2~3个月充电一次，充电时间不能少于24h。
