工作原理
垂直悬挂的倾斜开关在受到外力作用且偏离垂直位置15度以上时，开关内部的触点动作，常闭触点断开（或常开触点闭合）。当外力撤消后，倾斜开关回复到垂直状态，触点复又闭合（或断开）。利用倾斜开关内触点开合的变化来判断设备的工作情况，以便及时采取措施，保护设备。
EBFD-60倾斜开关，料位计采用万向接点开关， 不受方向限制，环氧树脂浇封，结构呈圆柱型，使用时用户可根据所确定的位置，将本装置悬挂在料仓或料场的上方，初始位置垂直于水平面，当物料的度达到受控位置时，则挤压料位计使之倾斜，当倾斜角度大于15-30度时，开关动作，由常开转为常闭或由常闭转换成常开接点，用户将开关线路接至控制室内，即可控制料位度。

The working principle of
